Pay as you Throw

The session fee is only £6.50 per session on a pay as you throw basis with no direct debits or sky high Judo suit fees. Session fees can be paid in cash, card, bank transfer or our online payment facility. The only other expense if the Annual Membership fee which is only £20 for a child, £24 for an intermediate and £28 for an Adult. It is considerably cheaper then most and possibly all other UK Judo associations and there is no separate Club membership fee to pay. There are numerous benefits to membership including personal accident cover and access to our gradings and Competitions and more information can be found by clicking Here. Perhaps most significant for people who are new to Judo or the club, is that there is a Four Week grace period before the membership becomes due. This enables enough time to sample several sessions and see if our club and Judo is right for you as our sessions can sometimes vary significantly from one session to the next. We also do not like the thought of significant up front costs acting as a barrier to our club.

Our gradings are locally based and priced at just £16 per student with no separate fee for any belts or tags awarded. Competitions are priced at £18 but includes a medal for all entrants. Our Kata Course is a day long course for higher grades and adults priced at just £22 and our social events are charged at a subsidised rate or one to cover costs.

New Judoka under 18 years will need a parent to sign a parental consent form before joining in our sessions.
